Refund Policy: Store Credit


Thank you for shopping at Lady E -n- Co. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer store credit for eligible returns.


Eligibility:

  • To be eligible for store credit, items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
  • Certain items, such as perishable goods, gift cards, and personalized items, are not eligible for store credit.

How to Return:

  1. Contact our customer service team at 469-447-8666 to initiate the return process.
  2. Pack the item securely, including any accessories or documentation.
  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.

Issuing Store Credit:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • We will then issue store credit equal to the purchase price of the item, minus any applicable restocking fees or shipping costs.
  • Store credit will be provided in the form of a unique code, redeemable on our website or in-store.

Expiration:

  • Store credit does not expire and can be used towards any future purchase at Lady E -n- Co.

Additional Information:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • We reserve the right to deny a return if the item does not meet our return policy criteria.
  • Items purchased using store credit are not eligible for further returns or exchanges.
